What we collect

The only information collected on this site is what you choose to enter in the trial-lesson form: your full name, phone number, and optionally the student's age group and current English level.

We also record basic technical information about how you reached the site (for example from a Google search or an advert), so we know which channels are working.

Why we use it

To contact you, arrange a trial lesson, and recommend a suitable track. That is the only use.

We do not sell, rent or pass your details to third parties for marketing.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in our management system, hosted on Google's cloud services (Firebase / Google Cloud). Access is limited to Bright Stars English staff.

The website itself is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and runs no database of its own.

Cookies and measurement

The site uses Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to understand how visitors find us and which adverts work. These load only after the page has finished loading.

You can block cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not prevent you using the site or booking a trial lesson.

Your rights

You may ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted entirely. One message is enough and we will deal with it promptly.

Children

Our service is offered to children, but registration is always carried out by a parent or guardian. We do not collect information directly from minors through this site.
