Payment & Cancellation Terms
Last updated: 27.08.2026
So we can focus on what we do best — your children's learning and success — we ask you to follow the payment arrangements and cancellation policy below.
Available payment methods
You can pay by any of the following: credit card, bank transfer, Bit, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Paybox, PayPal, or cash.
Payment dates (monthly track)
Monthly tuition is paid at the start of each month, no later than the 15th.
Handling late payments
We believe in mutual trust and try to meet you halfway. If payment isn't settled by mid-month, you'll receive a friendly reminder from school management, and you'll have until the end of that month to settle it. For recurring, ongoing delays, we'll ask you to switch to a pay-in-advance track. The school reserves the right to decline a student's lessons while an unsettled debt exists.
Absence and cancellation policy by track
Monthly group track: if a student misses a lesson and gives advance notice, they're entitled to one free make-up lesson (scheduled with school management). Not showing up to the scheduled make-up lesson results in a full charge for it. If a student misses more than one lesson a month for legitimate personal reasons, you can choose between make-up lessons or a proportional deduction from next month's payment.
Private track (paid per single lesson): the teacher reserves that hour specifically for you. Please give as much advance notice as possible for a cancellation. A good-faith no-show without advance notice will prompt a message from school management. A repeat no-show without notice means lessons can only continue on a pay-in-advance basis (or by switching to the lesson-bank track), and your regular class slot opens up for other students.
Lesson bank (pre-paid lesson bank): this is the most flexible track — you schedule sessions at times that suit you. If a lesson is scheduled and you can't make it, please let us know as early as possible so we can update the teacher.
Cancelling enrollment & refunds
Refunds are conditional on formal cancellation notice. Refunds will be paid within 7 business days of the date notice is given.
If you paid and ultimately decide not to start lessons at all, you'll receive a full refund.
If you paid, started lessons, and ultimately decide to stop partway through, we'll refund the unused portion:
- For a lesson bank, we'll refund the amount for the lessons that remain unused.
- For a monthly track, the refund will be calculated for the number of lessons remaining that won't be attended.
* Note: the refund described above applies only when you give formal notice of cancellation. Stopping attendance without notice will be treated as ordinary absence, and no refund will be given for the unused lessons. This does not apply to lesson-bank tracks.
Cancellations by the school and holidays
Lessons cancelled at the school's initiative, or cancelled due to holidays and observances, will be made up in full or deducted from next month's payment.
Unforeseen emergencies
In cases of a state of emergency, war, or reasons beyond the student's or school's control — if payment has already been made, a full credit balance will be opened for you, to be applied directly toward payment once regular learning resumes. If payment hasn't been made, you won't be charged, and no make-up lessons will be held.
